In a nutshell.
After 25 years of city living, start-up business life, and launching three grown children, I moved to the mountains in south central Washington. With my partner and two dogs, I spend my days on a 20-acre outdoor sanctuary we call Jasper's Pond.

When I'm not making art, I'm volunteering as a firefighter and EMT in my local community of High Prairie, working on the land, or spending time with friends and family.

Formally trained at Oregon College of Art & Craft in Portland, Oregon, with a focus on color theory and textiles, my work is all a study on the relativity and relationship of color. It's the primary means by which I process and try to make sense of the world. When that fails, I turn to meditation or humor.
